The sensors installed in this device continuously monitor the health parameters of the patient. The device will send these parameters to the prescribed doctor through a wireless network.

Each person is provided with the Unique Identification Number (UIN) which holds the personal details. This Id and information of the person are collected through the image processing and comparing the images with different social networking sites.
It also consists two software and smartphone application each for doctors and person. The doctor will get all the real-time reading health parameter of the person in that region. Whereas the person will also be given with the monitoring screen either on the screen or smartphones.
The parameters collected from different IoT devices are shared with your doctor at the hospital who is not in the nearby locality. If the patient is suffering from a major health issue and the present doctor is unable to help him, the health doctors are responsible to take all those actions need to be taken in any condition. If the treatment is not available in your country you can also go to doctors in abroad, and take suggestions from them.
With the use of smart health monitoring system using IoT the death rate due to simple health issues can be reduced and lifestyle of people can be improved. The smart health monitoring system is small and portable, the user can take the device with himself wherever he wants to. This device is a kind of one-time investment and the servicing is very high and is very durable. If any major changes are identified then it is notified.

Neural Network holds the ability to solve the problems that either don’t have an algorithmic solution. They are the digitized model of the biological brain and can detect a complex nonlinear relationship between the health condition and the patient activities where doctors may fail to connect.
IoT and neural network works on the same platform sharing the parameters to each other. In this schema design, sometimes we need to take instant action. This is only possible when there is a system which can analyze the health condition very fast and this is done by this module named artificial neural network. It feeds instant result and response to the patients as well as doctors indicating how critical the health condition is.
For an instance, consider health monitoring system which is monitored with the number of health parameter collected through different IoT devices. Possible actions can be performed are monitoring of blood pressure, pulse, respiratory, enabling user notification, and contacting concerned department. In these case, some cases are critical in which direct fast action needs to be taken. For example, when a patient having a low respiratory rate. In this case, the immediate response needs to be made for which a good local neural network can be crafted in order to feed the reliable and fast response.
Cloud computing is enhanced data sharing and computational power along with the different resources and services such as real-time interaction, client, and server interaction, latency, computer networks, servers, storage, etc. Cloud enables to access the information anywhere at any time and helps in housing both hardware and software which are necessary to run smart devices in homes or business applications. It provides the user with various computing capabilities to store and process data in their owned cloud system or third party server located in a data center making the data accessing mechanisms more efficient and reliable.
Cloud helps to get the data fast and all the computational part is done in this module. It also helps in coordination with the sharing of data and results with different clients at the same time. It provides low latency for the data, security and enhanced performance.
The present health care system is inefficient and on which we cannot rely. While the new technology has surpassed the present technology even though the health care system has not been changed for decades. So there is an immediate need for change in the present health care system. The proposed design would help us to solve the problem faced by the current health care system. Bringing this application into use would completely transform and improve the current health care system.
