At CES 2017, Sennheiser announced and introduced the latest three wireless Headphones and Recording Earbuds, i.e. Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC and HD 4.40 BT and HD 1 In-ear Wireless black.
Sennheiser has provided a good deal of information on what can be expected from latest pair of wireless headphones, including the fact that they are designed to provide the listener with a premium audio experience. This is best summed up by their inclusion of support for Qualcomm’s aptX technology as well as AAC codec support. The connection of these wireless headphones are made using Bluetooth version 4.1. The Sennheiser’s HD 1 headphones also come with the ability to connect to two devices at the same time along with integrated microphone and its battery will be able to last up to 10 hours before needing to be recharged again.

Like the other headphones, this Sennhieser HD 1 also contain neckband headset made of luxurious, high quality materials. Sennheiser HD 1 designed with ultra-soft sheepskin nappa leather stitched onto the neckband. The tunnels are surrounded by the stainless steel and mirrored chrome finish on the earpieces. While designed to be durable tough, impact-resistant polycarbonate elements. The neckband of the HD1 In-Ear wireless harbors a handy 3-button remote and high quality microphone which make it easy to stay connected and also help in managing phone calls along with the control music on the go.
The neckband includes the voice prompt which will notify you of the pairing status and provides the battery low warning. Along with all these facilities, it gives vibration alert for incoming calls. It also provides the support of USB audio with the USB charging. Sennheiser HD 1 provides 1.5 hour fast USB charging for the device that you can go a long way.
Along with the HD 1 In-Ear wireless headphone, Sennheiser also unveiled two more headphones “Sennheiser HD 4.40 BT and Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC”. While the two headphones do differ in some minor respects, their main common selling point is that they are the first Bluetooth headphones from the HD 4 family. Sennheiser has taken a move to offer fans of HD 4 range, the same quality they have come to expect but with the ability to be used in a truly wire-free manner.
The new Sennheiser HD 4.40 and HD 4.50 BTNC wireless offers high quality wireless sound for everyday listening on the move. These wireless are provided with the NoiseGard™ active noise cancellation which has the huge power to eliminate any noise that could come between you and your music. The new Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC wireless headset has been priced at $199.95 while the HD 4.40 wireless headset has been priced at $149.95. Both the headphones features come with Bluetooth 4.0 and aptX compatibility to deliver Hi-Fi sound with dynamic bass.
At the end the company also unveiled the Ambeo Smart Surround earbuds for recording audio. Sennheiser is stressing that the new earbuds will offer 3D audio experience and is ideal for VR videos. Unfortunately, no pricing or availability details have been announced so far.
